Finaly a Birthday!

You may all know that I have actually been 19 for 5 days now but my bffs and I have not been able to celebrate till now. Tonight my sister and broinlaw and 2 bffs callie and aly went to 54th to get some yummy birthday food. We saw our friend Joe working and I talked him into singing me happy birthday...well he said no at first so I thought he wouldnt but he came right over and had the whole table sing me happy birthday. It was fun! Aly and Callie got me vera bradley stuff...how perfect!!! seriously people are going to start to think I may actually be obsessed...ummm I AM! it all going to be so cute in my room! here are some pics, more to come when lauren puts them on her blog.

Wall-Mia!

So, to night Aly and I found our selves very bord. Being proud members of the 5 buck club ment it need to be a movie night. Well, there we found our selves sitting in wall-e neither of our first picks of moives to see. Across the hall was mama-mia. We went over...yes peeps we snuck into a moive, broke the law, and loved it! Not really the moive. I was so excited to see it but it just wasnt me. I guess I'm alone on that one becuase everyone loved it. I wish I had stayed in Wall-e.
good news. I'm still REALLY excited about leaving!!!

Today is...

my 19th birthday. The first birthday that dosnt have a feeling. I'm not excited. I'm not sad..well kinda. I feel like I havent done anything with my life. Right now all I'm doing is getting ready for youth confrence...yes people, today of all days is youth conference. TODAY ON MY BIRTHDAY! 19!! I feel like the oldest youth there, lucky I know someone older, COURTNEY! Well be to old maids together...NOT that were old or anything. I just cant wait for someone to say to me..."wait your 19 your so short! man, I was married with 2 kids by 19." If this happens
I will totally die!!!! hahaha HEY! EVERYONE!...wish me luck :)

So today I spent the whole day at a county fair. It was so much fun! My friend callie lives on a cow farm! They had the cow showing today so I went with here early this morning to get them ready for the show. Pretty much her cute cousin Pipi just cleaned them while we feel asleep in the chairs. May I say that there are some brothers who are FINE!...haha well pretty much I had a really great time and I'm so excited that I can spend so much time with my best friends! I am truely so lucky! I will miss these people!

wow...

So, I'm sitting here trying to motivate myself to finish my room. but what the heck we all know i don't want to!!! So, ill tell you a little bit about my fabulous weekend...in jerseyville. If you did not already know my wonderful brother in law is from this crazy little town. it is about 45 min. from here i guess. so i went with my sis broinlaw and there 2 friends Lauren and Jason who are so cute!...yes i was the 5th wheel but its ok, I'm used to it by now! haha.

I thought the night was going to be bad b.c well MIKE messed up my corn dog. not so much though! i loved it i had so much fun! my sis has all the pictures on her camera so sorry. but so we get there and its like hick ville USA right here in front of us! Lauren2 and I just kept talking about how we felt over dressed and like we had to many teeth and to clean of lungs to be there! Which was mean after we meet all the nice people there! Just good ole' peeps tryin to live there lives. The actual reason we went down there was to see the demolition Derby. o boy i loved it! we got to see the first flip in 30 years! it was just right in front of us! o and i went and bought myself a corn dog with just ketchup so that may of helped! haha jk. We saw this really pretty girl there, she had this great head of hair! but, when we saw who she was kissing on we almost died! and i think that ?man? she was with had a little boy. but then it seemed like the little boy was everyones but that ?man? was holding him and giving him kisses i just dont know!

Monday my sister and I went swimming. we actually just wanted to tan...and boy did we! were both red lobsters now but thats okay. lauren was so red she thought she was going to pass out! i on the other hand just have 2 burt girls if you know what i mean! thats about it other then that im fine....except my poor broken baby pinky toe! yea see i jumped into a 2 foot pool and landed on my toe. what a bumer! its all purple and stuff! and i cant find the tape to buddy rap it so im kinda hurten! welll sorry for any missspelled words, no abc check here to day! hahaha

Girls Camp '08

Well, here I am. Safe and sound. My 8Th and final girls camp as a young women. I miss it. It is so much fun to be there in the middle of no where just being you. No worries, no expectations, and no stress. Actually, more like little stress. I left my camera in the car of the person who drove me but I will get pictures out!

This year we went to camp sunnen. i loved it! I went to this particular camp my very first year at girls camp. I loved it then and i loved it now! I have learned so much from this week! I have become closer to my heavenly father and friends. We never went to sleep befor midnight. 3 out of the 4 nights were spent talking till 2 a.m. and i wouldnt have changed that for the world! you see i come from and very protective ward. We have been together for years. its not often that people leave or come into our ward so we all have grown up together. On testimony nigth i spent it just balling my eyes out! I am going to miss these girls so much!

I meet so many great people at camp too! there was Samantah, lisa, emily, ashlynn, dana, brianna, elizabeth, michellee, holly. they ranged from first years all the way to forth years. Then there was the girls from my cabin! though we didnt always get along..haha..Im still really happy that i met them!

aint no fourth like my fourth

So, I'm pretty sure my 4th of july KILLed anyone elses! Not only did I have to wake up at 5 am for work but when I came home...I knew what was in line for me! haha lukly it was way more fun then I thought it would be. FAMILY BIKE RIDE! wow, it was so great! I'm so glad I have MY family...they make everything fun! so first we had the missionairs come over! they were going to take us on the bike ride since they do it all the time. WELL it couldnt be that easy could it! so first my moms bikes tire was flat so we had to go to 2 different neigbors house and ask for a bike. while this is going on my sister lets me test out her basket for zoey girl and I put lily bean in it! she was scared but i could tell she loved it! so. then mike just starts riding around..so bord waiting on us. so did elder clark. he is a crazy rider! sooo. Then I tried to convince everyone that we needed to bring lily and go find her a basket. No one wanted to! so she didnt come...good thing b.c my mom almost killed ZOEY! she trough her out of the basket! hahahaha it was so funny! by the way peeps zoey and lily are my big sis and I's dogters. then when we finaly goooo I relise that my seat is well....Not screwed on. so we stoped at the start of the subdivison and my dad turned around to geta screwthing.gosh gatta love that guy! then were on our way...while on the ride we find out that my sisters wheel is ALSO flat! but still rideable! so thats good. well long story short we had to go to glen carbon and the missionairs there inflated laurens wheel. and we were headed back. I took us the wrong way. dad left us.mike tried to find us. and we tried to go up big hills. lauren and I ended up walking...and then the real fun began!(*to see pictures check lauren and mikes blog..she got all the bikeriding...)


My friend callie called to ask me to go to the fireworks in STL with her and her fam. but, we go some better invites later so back to dinner. After I got all glamd up I had to go buy a present..yes at 5 pm on the 4th of july! When I got home everyone was eating! so I began! o so good! my mom made the best cake too! cho/whipiceing! yummy!

one week...down!

and the thounder rolls! wow what a week! a nice summer storm to finish off a sucessful time! I'm very proud. also, I use the , and the ' very well. :) So, back to it. I have done GREAT everything I was hopeing I would do. I walked lily quit abit, by the way her breath smells so bad I may barf!! I also ate great! 4 pounds down. How exciting. I read my BOM...not to far but! hahahaha. I rode allll the rides that my friends went on at six flags! I've only been on the batman befor this but now I'm a seasioned vet! Amanda if you read this! THANK YOU! you and josh made me go on the batman the one time and I've always loved it in the back of my mind. Now I have done just about it all! and i loved it, I'm also alive so my frears were put to rest!

Aly and I took the kids on a walk at the watershed!
Aly and I also went to see SATC a couple weeks ago. it being my 3rd time...i feel asleep! hahha

I sure will miss my bfff! like she always says...were just two peas in a pod...and what a pod it is!
