Let's face it, everything is different when your a female! Our bodies just have a mind of their own and our minds have their own mind too!! You agree? I'm sure you do so you get what I'm saying when I say I need something that can work with my mind and body. I'm really excited because I'm going to give this program a try! I know, I'm just everyone else who's tried everything else but if you never try you'll never know! Also, you can never succeed if you don't use all your resources and give your heart to everything you try.
I feel like I've had success with everything I've tried before, i.e. Weight Watchers (17) , hcg (7), insanity(no weight loss but I could have kicked your sass if I wanted too..), and a few other things but I need to find my balance with everything. I'm so young and I can't keep wasting my body away. Yes it's true I do enjoy food, or I should say sugar, more then the average girl and I need to learn to control my habits!! NO I won't cut out candy, I'd smack the person who tells me to do so!!!! But!!! I do realize my candy cravings will only get worse and I'll only get bigger.
With that said here's to a new start, change for the better and a smaller pants size!

I will be enjoying my last few days of normal eating habits before I get the system in the mail (takes about 4-9 days)

P.S. Dr. P said something interesting during this episode (when doesn't he?!?) to the bride on the show...," you say you love your boyfriend and that you want to marry him but every time you sit down to eat you chose your food over your dream." (completely made that sentence up but he said something along those lines!) it's so true for me too!!! I keep choosing candy/unhealthy foods over my dream of being fit, healthy and skinny!!! WTF ME! What's your deal?!? Well note to self who wants to give up,"nothing taste as good as skinny feels"
