Hi, still going strong!!!

Yesterday was great, I flubbed up a bit in the morning but not really. I went on a date which doesn't happen enough for me to not eat at! So, I had a egg white/ red pepper/ spinach and the last thing which was the only thing not on my diet, BREAD!

With that said the rest of my day went great! No cheat, no hunger! This morning when I woke up I was .4 oz. heavier but that's not a big deal and I'm sure by tomorrow I will have lost it all again!

This morning I went back to my shake and still love the one with the beets and spinach!

Lunch was egg whites, spinach and peas.

Dinner was chicken.

I'm hungry but but I'm just going to go to sleep and make up for yesterday!!

I can't lie though, I do feel thinner and have more energy!!! I'm happy it's working out and ill keep going strong!

I'm so happy with my results this far!!!!

Day 5, 8 pm I'm starving!

All day I did great!

I didn't get hungry and I drank all my drink!!! Which was fab! I added a beet and a handful of spinach! So yum!! Much better then the yogurt actually!

But, now it's almost 8 and I really craving anything. Sweet, sour, salty, dry, juicy, sugary, meat...seriously just about anything!!

I had a small dinner and just now I had to have a second course, this time I had a turkey burger and moorrreee veggies....

Right about now I'd give anything to dig into the donut holes at the house I'm babysitting at...they always have the best treats! But, with 6 pounds lost...I refuse to give up!

I will now try to babysit and meditate. Meditate the delicious thoughts out and still play with these adorable baby girls!

I am fit, I am happy, I am strong!

4th day of happiness

Well day four is done and 5 pounds has been lost!!! I will post NO "Lost" posters because I'm ready to never see it again!

I am hungry today but not at all like yesterday!

I tried a new ingredient in my shake, GREEK YOGURT!! yum! It put a little zinnggg to the shake.

I'm so thankful for the support I have at home any moms amazing love for me and my success!

I can't believe I've gone this long without candy...seriously. I thought I'd be convulsing or something by this time but I'm allllll good! I also can't believe my salt cravings haven't taken over!

I'm doing good and plucking along :)

Day one down, day two off to a great start!

Right now I'm really loving this program!! Yesterday was confusing because I didn't have everything I need but today I do!!

I started yesterday with my new motivation and have continued it on today. I drank the drink this morning and I don't know if my body can handle liquids that early so I got a little qeezy. I had to eat two pieces of toast to settle my stomach but I've felt great otherwise!!! I guess I shed a pound but the real test will be tomorrow. Its nice being at work while I'm doing this because I know it will keep my mind off food but as of yesterday an today I'm feeling great!!!

Day three what a breeze

Just kidding!! Today was so hard for me!!! I did great though!!!! My shake didn't make me sick this morning thank heavens!!! My mom and I also went grocery shopping so I got a few more things to help with the variety!

I am down 2.5 pounds which is awesome that means only about 7.5 more to go! I am contemplating just doing a week and going with what I lose at the end of the week but we will see!!!

I honestly have no loss of energy or dizziness which is great!!! I actually feel like I have more energy an am more productive!! I'm so excited to get this extra weight offfffff!!!!

It's here!!

7:17 pm my "pink method" arrived! Which is perfect! Why you ask?!? Tomorrow just so happens to be my day off!! So, tomorrow will be the day I start and phase one is called "the reset".

"The Rest" consists mostly of me eating veggies and protein and I'm projected to be on it for 14 days. The goal is to lose 5-10 pounds before starting the second phase which I'll explain on a later date.

I will be enjoying a protein smoothy with strawberries for breakfast, 4 oz. of lean protein and unlimited veggies for lunch, repeat for dinner and snack on veggies through out the day. This may be hard for me, I agree but like I said I have a different out look on this thing!! Im going to try and keep telling myself do I want to be healthy or do I want to keep eating? Do I want the food more then the weight loss!!?!? NO!!!

So day one tomorrow. Here go!

Merry Christmas

I came home to a silly surprise after work today. My mom had bought me a Christmas tree and Justin Biebers new Christmas CD!!! Ahhhh love this!! Best day ever.

Wait till you see the tree too. Because seriously she got me Charlie Browns. Ya know the ugliest tree with just one big ornament!!

It was so perfect because I have been wanting a Christmas tree but I couldn't decide what I wanted or what size or if I even needed one because I'm never even downstairs but my mom has made my day with this!
